On the 11th February 2013 went to Sandton Sun Hotel, Previous employer to the HR office and found a lady by the name of Kemelo and i asked her to assist with my Labour/UIF forms, i asked to please help me with the dates i came back from my Maternity leave and she explained she is going to send an email to whoever to find that information for me and she will have feedback on 48hour, on the 21st feb i call again and left a messagefor her to call me as i need to submit the forms and a day wnt by with no calls so i called on the 22nd and she gave me the owrst attitude telling me that there are tons of files to go thru and i asked her why she sidnt call to give feedback she said it was not necessary and i told her that is bad for the company and she hung up the phone in my ear. i am very dissapointed as i am a previous employer and i just need dates and i dont understand how they cannot have this info in their system cos i left the company in 2009 and i cant get paid at Labour department without this information. please assist in the matter and the attitude i got from Kemelo as an HR person its quite disturbing. i left all my info with her and that didnt help.
