When logging on to my e-filling account I noticed my surname has been changed to POOP! I call the call centre and they advised i have to go into a branch to change it! I asked her to update my address, and contact number which she did'nt do! I called again today and I spoke to Carla at the Durban branch and the manager Anna-line they said they will escalate it, as she can't see who changed my surname, but Carla will update my address. Carla then transfers me to the IVR!!! I am highly upset! As why would someone change my surname to POOP!!! 111861897 ref number
