More than 50 telephone calls to 0113755555 since 17Feb2011 till todate & more than 6 personal visits (notably on Fri, 17Jun2011; Thur, 12Jul2012; Tue, 4Jun2013; Tue, 23Jul2013 etc) to CoJ Customer care centre on Jorrison str, Jhb, I still havent got any assistance. I have since logged the following Property Calculations Reference No: 8000316163 (early Feb 2011), 8000707604 (Roy on 05th March 2012 at 18:03), 8000882726 (Maphuti on 12Jul2012 @ 11:34), 8000942007 (Rachel on 07Aug2012 @ 17:22), 8001031226 (KALVIN on 23Oct2012 @ 17:03) & 8001201115 (Ntombi on 08Jan2013 @ 17:18). my frustrations commenced after I bought a property & it was registered on 28th July 2010. I never received statements up until I queried.1st ever statement was delivered on March 2011 & it was incorrectly calculating property rates using a VACANT LAND instead of Residential. However the mess was fixed in March 2012 (since July 2010 mind you) but the account was never adjusted properly. CoJ cant explain to me how they arrived @ the exorbitant figures post June 2012 statement despite me proving to them using their very own calculation formula. Revenue & Services must engage me & explain how the figures were derieved
