I am mrs lindelwa joni of shelly beach south coast of kwazulu natal. I bought property in 2012 and it was registered in august 2012 the desription of the property I no 1 morocan place stot street in manaba I did not know that it wa under margate property management. When we had the. First meeting as owners there was an arrear water account dating back in 2011. I mentioned that I was not an owner then so I can not payback water used in 2011 those minutes were also voice recorded. Their resolution was that the amount owed will be split amongst the three owners and they counted me as well and tha will be paid over 24 months the first statement they sent to me I rejected it the total that they want me to pay for water I did not use is R8328.00 the even billed me for R4000.00 that was claimed from the insurance when I questioned it the next day it was removed from the statement on my emails. Now they demand me to pay the amount outsanding which I totally refuse to pay because I was not owning the property in 2011 kindly help me to resolve this as this is robery but in a smart way their tel no is 0393171816 their email is [Email Removed]
