I mentioned that I was not an owner then so I can not payback water used in 2011 those minutes were also voice recorded. Their resolution was that the amount owed will be split amongst the three owners and they counted me as well and tha will be paid over 24 months the first statement they sent to me I rejected it the total that they want me to pay for water I did not use is R8328.00 the even billed me for R4000.00 that was claimed from the insurance when I questioned it the next day it was removed from the statement on my emails.
