Mr David Mokoena from City Power Johannesburg went to great lengths to assist me with the installation of a pre-paid electricity meter, getting the account registered and activated, and making sure I was able to use the new meter. Hats off to fantastic customer service from Mr. Mokoena who went above and beyond the call of duty!
