I had my new property registered in Nov 2012. Early December 2012 I approached the municipality and paid all deposits etc to have all accounts transfered to my name.
To this date I have recieved 2 rates statements but not a single Water and Elec statement.
I have sent numerous mails to your "Customer Care" as well as logging a complaint on your website.
I AM YET TO RECIEVE A COURTESY CALL LET ALONE A STATEMENT SO I CAN PAY YOU!!!
