I have a lady re-submit or challenge my 2011 tax return and it was found out to be that SARs owed me R16000 yet when a SARS representative came to my office they paid out over R1000??? The reason for the incorrect amout paid out was due to my commision being over 51% of my salary income which the SARS representative didn't bother claiming for me. I have re-submitted the tax return and now SARS decided to audit me on this yet they have made the mistake in the first place and I submitted documents to them already... I feel that SARS always advertisers for honest SA citizens to submit tax returns yet are they being honest when we require there assistance when heliping us
