SARS requested supporting documents which was submitted via Efiling on 4/10/2013.
SARS replied with VAT217 document on which the due date to refund our Company R84 792.89 was 01/12/2013
NOTHING. Phoned SARS Ref 123485286 3/12. No reason why not paid. Query escalated.
Phoned SARS 10/01/2014. NO REASON why it has not being paid. REF 125222483.
Submitted VAT201 for period 10/2013 on 26/11/2013. Awaiting refund R81 445.55 NOTHING.
Is it fair that SARS can owe a SMALL Company R167 476.38 and give NO REASONS for not paying???
