Sars bought tax consultants to my place of employment for the 2009 tax year. Their staff confirmed that our returns were succesfully submitted. For the 2011 Tax year I submitted my return on efilling. they keep debitting money from my salary saying that I did not submit my returns for these two years. Why would I submit returns for the other years and not these two. I want my hard earned money back as they are already taxing me each month without fail. Due to their employees enneficencies I'm being made to pay.
