I'm disgusted By an attitude which staff at this station have, we spent more than R3000 a month with my wife monthly to use their services but all we get is grieve from this station everytime. This morning we tried to board a bus and my card gaven an error saying invalid card I then asked the driver what's wrong, with attitude he replied"yehla o ngibele e taxi" my wife who had already swiped her card, my wife who had already swiped her card got off the bus with me. We then get to the station we explain to Bus Supervisor the attitude that his driver had, he didn't not care and sent us to customer service where we meat Percy Pitso who was not willing to credit my wife her bus money back or even listen to our complaint but instructed us to go website to log complaint as he does not take complains. I guess with any monopoly you get such bad attitude, I gues our money is no longer good enough for them.
