I have been using this service for a year now and today while trying to get to work I find out that Gautrain services have black listed my card and they claim that it's because I haven't been using the card properly, for someone who has been using gautrain for a year I should know how it is used... I spoke to the manager in charge Emelda Mabasa whom I think should go for customer service classes as she wasn't helpful at all, with a don't care attitude. Now I have to pay more money which I didn't budgetted for as they say the problem is with me and their system can never be wrong. Now I am late for work and I highly doubt that these people even care about that... I am totaly disapointed with this service as there is no service at all!!! I'm defiinitely going to refere this matter to my lawyers.
