Customer pays for gold card system ineffeciencies

I was held at the Rhodesfield station for over 15minutes this morning because my gold card has been black-listed. Upon investigation I was told that on three occasions, the card apparently did not record my entering the Sandton station, however the turn-style opened as usual and when I got to Rhodesfield my card was swiped by the officers. I was told I have to buy a new card; the money in the blacklisted card could not be transferred so I had to load this new card. As if that is not enough I was told to fill in a refund form which I asked to take with me and was told that it has to be signed at the station. So my time and money was wasted because of Gautrain system enefficiencies
