Bad Attitude & Wrong Billing

Subject: Midrand Gautrain Station

Object: Good Day I am shocked at the way the customers are treated at Midrand Gautrain Station. This morning I experienced an awful experience with 2 employees. Dibuseng Moiloa and Lorraine Moheloi. I came with a train from Pretoria and when i got to Midrand
i had to load my card with some cash. The 1st thing Lorraine said to me was can't you read there it is written cash only because I had my bank card in my hand and i explained to her that I cannot exactly go out to load the card as it will not permit me to.
She then tells me to stand on the side and then after 5 minutes she comes out to open for to go load the card, I then say to her please come help me as i have no clue how to use loading machine she did not want to listen she just just go there and loiad. I
went i tried to load the card and I eneded up loading it wrongly. I normally just load cash on and not do the trips one. As I go to board the bus it says insufficient funds and I had to go back to her and she was not very helpfull. She was busy talking to her
friend there and was not keen on hearing on what I ahd to say. when I told her that i just reloaded my card with moneyt and n
