My Daughter catches the Gautrain Bus from Houghton every school day to the Rosebank Station.
It seems that even though there are mapped routes on their website, the driver of the bus will decide whether he will stop or not.
This has happend on a few occassions where the bus has sped passed the bus stop.
When the driver was challenged today for doing so, his attitude was "I dont have to stop, go ahead and call, go ahead and call to complain. I dont care"
Needless to say, when I went on the website to get the contact number, the help line number does not exist...
How can this be addressed?
I am so dissapointed with the attitude and amount of disrespect.
