Object: i send the complaint at the office because of your incompetent staff and corrupt systems. for some reason i pay extra on a daily basis and i alwys said i will sort it out but today is the last draw, this smorning i loaded 60, from centurion to park,
took a bus to park town. and goign back @ 16:30 i got on the bus and the card said card invalid, tried it several times and the bus driver said it means there is no money on the card so it means. he then said he will NOT take me with, i must get off the buss
and walk to the station. i then walked off and called the call centre number and i spoke to lady called Namhla Buba and that was as soon as i walked back to work. and i asked her to assist, check what is wrong with the systems and she said that she cant help
me, i asked for the head office number she said she doesnt have it and she like the driver told me that i must go to the station, HOW DO I GO TO THE STATION IF YOUR BUS DRIVER KICKED ME OFF THE BUSS??? I asked her, and she said "do i want her to to me
because there is nothing she can do. I then called the Gautrain Hotel number on the website because for some reason the head office number is too precious for us
