29 May 2013 - i receive a final demand notice, I immediately paid my account online with internet banking.
30 May 2013 - I called the city of tshwane to inform them of my payment and I spoke to Brenda refrence number: 700030453 at 09:53 am. The payment was not reflecting on the Tshwane system in Friday and was told that it takes 14days before the municipal cuts my lights, which i agree with them and its written on the final demand.
03 June 2013 - Tshwane cuts my electricity... Nightmare!!!
04 June 2013 - I immidiately take the liberty to visit them to check why my electricity has been cut. I was told that already they have send their contractors to cut my electricity and my payment was reflecting on their side. I was assisted by Jerry Moloisane at 373 Pretorius Street at the council office. Was told that it takes 4-48 hours to reconnect my lights on again.
04 June 2013 - later in the afternoon I called Tshwane to check if my issue to reconnect has been given to contractors and was informed that my query is not registered It takes 48hrs. This is bad services i have never experience something like this with Tshwane. Its a first time this is patheticSTILLMYLIGHTSAREOFF
