THOUSANDS' ELECTRICITY CUT IN COLD WEATHER

Our electricity has been cut on Thursday, 20 June 2013 at approximately 16h00. We provided proof of payment to City of Tshwane Municipality's Centurion office on Friday morning. We were without electricity the WHOLE of the weekend. Today is Monday and after holding on hours to speak to reconnections, we were told two working days EXCLUDING the date on which payment was made or Proof of Payment was provided. This is so freekin ridiculous it is not even funny!

Come on Tshwane! We have done our part and provided you with proof of payment immediately! Now do your part and reconnect us immediately. I cannot see how it can take almost a week for you to reconnect.

We have children at home (21 Stilt Avenue, RHK) during the school holidays. It took you one afternoon to disconnect, but you want to claim 3 working days to reconnect? Do you at all know what you are doing?
