Wrong disconnection of electricity

Our Centurion property was sold due to a divorce & registered in new owner's name in May 2009. The City of Tshwane never did the journals and settled the rates of the sold property and continued to bill me for it. I am now renting a place in La Montagne. In Feb 2013 the City of Tshwane transferred the Centurion rates to my La Montagne electricity account. I contacted them on receipt of the bill, telephoned &e-mailed them regarding their mistake. They kept telling me that they were working on the account, that I needed to wait for the next statement for the correct adjustment which never happened. On 29 May 2013 when I called Mamoetsi told me that she would place a 'block' against power cut on my account while they were sorting out the rates issue. On the afternoon of 06 June 2013 our power was cut. On Friday morning, 07 June 2013 I went to their offices in Pretorius street to enquire about the power cut, reversal of the rates, the added interest and letters of demand charges on my statements. Karen Smit assisted with the rates & reversal issue. She sent me to Betty Chuene for re-connection of electricity. Ms Chuene said power would be restored asap. We still do not have power.
