The City of Tshwane is a disgrace and there is no service or customer care whatsoever. On Wed 13 Feb 2013 I received a final demand paper in my postbox and within 30 min our power supply was cut off. This was due to an error made by our rental agent and the account was paid on Fri 15 Feb 2013 at 13H30, and the agent was told that the electricity will be switched on. Sad to say since then nothing has happened and when calling them on Sat morning, my brother was told that we'll have to wait until when they feel like switching it on as we did not paid! Since then the agent visited their offices 4 times and the last time was this morning when he was told that they gave it throug to contractors, that they cannot do anything about it and that we must take it to court. In the meantime we have been without electricity for 8 days - which is totally unacceptable! They do not answer the telephones and there is no reply on e-mails send to customer service!
