My name is Lungile Lynette Gumede. I got married and blessed us with three daughters. My late husband, the breadwinner, died in a car crash in July 2002 (crashed into a truck). All the people in the car with him died. My children have since lost their home and currently live with me at my parents place. I have been trying to claim from RAF with no success and have been told the driver was on the wrong but there is also no evidence as to who exactly was driving and they were all badly injured. I have been told this and that and nobody takes responsibility for this. This has been to court and back and I am told there's nothing they can do. I don't believe this is the case and trust that Hellopeter will help me through this. I don't have money to hire an big shot attorney and cannot just sit whilst my children don't have a home and RAF is passing the buck.
