Tshwane municipality terminated the electricity services on account no. 5009787035 on 05 June 2013 and I made payment the following day on 06 June 2013 at 13H20. Their policy is that reconnection will take a maximum of 48 hours to restore electricity after payment. I have been to their offices since and connection is not restored yet. This goes against their policy because electricity has been disconnected for 6 days now.
