Great Service

I applied for a new ID book at the George office on April the 5th, and received an sms to come collect it on May 5th. The whole process was very satisfactory. The place was clean, staff knowledgeable, and the queues moved efficiently. I spent 30min at the office applying, and spent just 10mins when I went to to collect it a few weeks later.

I'd also like to commend the whole Home Affairs department for the swiftness with which my ID was processed (4 weeks). You guys have come a very long way with your service, and you must be commended.
