Has anyone been to Home Affairs recently? What a pleasure, organised ticket queueing system, staff efficiency and very quick response time. I applied for my son's ID, 2 weeks later got an sms to collect. Applied for passport when collecting, didn't even have time to collect the ID before the passport people were ready to help, they started the process while my son collected ID. Again, 2 weeks, it was there, ready for collection. Great work, keep it up.
