I am extremely dissappointed about the service offered about the service Home affairs is giving. We applied for study permit in May at Roslyn district office and we have been waiting since than, this means we cant register because the application for study permit is not processed we have called so many times and they keep saying the application was received at head office in June its now in July application is still on the same status as it was the first day it was sent.
I cant believe Home affairs preach they are improved department yet they have such a long turn around, the call centre is never helping they always tell you the same thing over and over.
I am so dissappointed with this country.
