We registered post applications to the Dept of Home affairs in December 2012 Upon enquiry the following came out
1.The office in Pretorius street closed down on 23 March -George office didn't know it
2. The regional office do not have a number or address of "head office"
3. The website for Home affairs South Africa is in non existence
4. No number for the minister of Home Affairs can be obtained on the internet
So, what do we do We spent 40 minutes of uninterrupted calling on the telephone dialing a number which we eventually received being 012 3008757/58/59 and the reply "call again later "
Please this is a Government department for the people it must be there for the people
