Non payment of funeral benefits and pension

My father passed away on the 17th of august 2012 his name were mr T.H.Wassermann pension number: CP07787531, THE GOVERMENT PENSION FUND has not paid out the pension benefit to his wife or the funeral benefit, it has been 8 months since his death and after having to hand in the paperwork about then times they still haven't done anything about this matter we haven;t even received a call, paperwork or a notice that they are working on this matter please help us.
