My father passed away in March 2013. His Pension No is 96565933. All the necessary documentation for his death claim was submitted to Government Pension Fund in time. It has been 8 months now, still no payment. My mother is old and getting weaker each day. All her savings are depleted and she has no other means of survival. I follow up with the call centre every week, and I'm always told the file was forwarded to the Legal department for their opinion. What does it take to speed this up? Please help, my mother has suffered enough.
