Pension not yet paid out

My mother Louisa Mokgobo Moate-ID no:5012100826080 worked for Masakhane Provincial Laundry in Rosslyn for more than 15 years. At the end of 2012, she retired and went on pension. Ever since last year she has not received any Pension payment from her employer, what surprises us as a family, the people she retired with, all had their Pension money paid to them, but my mother has received nothing. We as her family, are worried as this whole incident is taking its toll on her Health, she is being given a raw deal by the government. PLEASE HELP.
