No payment from pension fund after death

Good Day,

It has been almost 5 months after the death of my spouse. After numerous of phone calls emails etc., I have not received a single cent from GEPF (which my husband received while he was still alive). When calling you hold on forever emails being sent are just not answered. How is a person suppose to survive when it has been almost 5 months and I have not received a single cent from his pension other than the funeral funds.
