I have been a subscriber since 20 Jan 2013, have received the Sunday Times, but only 1 delvery of The Times since then. I have complained 4 times to this day, with empty promises that it will definitely be sorted out and i will be credited for the days of non-receipt. i am sure that's not the case, but i will be keeping track that's for sure.
I was first of all told that i did not subscribe to the Times, but then quickly corrected that i have, that they were reloading, that was last week. a full week has now passed and still no paper. how difficult can this be??? it makes no sense.
Asking for a manager you get told they are in a meeting and will phone you back, i wonder whether i will get that call, looking at all the other complaints, i doubt it.
we need to band together and form a front to have our money refunded, this is completely unacceptable. i see the response from Colleen is just standard- so much for a personal approach!!!
