For the umpteenth time a non-delivery of mt weekday Times (part of Sunday Times). Trying to contact th local representative is impossible. No response to sms's and calls go to voicemail.
I have a contract with Sunday Times for a weekly delivery of ST on a Sunday, and Times in the week. I have repeated failures to deliver. I do not KNOW that I am getting credit and, in any case, I'd rather have my paper on the day.
