End of November 2012 I requested that I cancel my subscription with Avusa Media for the Sunday Times because i was not getting the newspapers delivered to my residence anymore. They told me that from 1 January my subscription will be cancelled. Surprisingly on 1 January 2013 they deducted the subscription and i called twice during the month of January and was told that your iinstruction of cancelling the subscription is reflecting in the system. The reference for the call of 18 January was Grace 18/01/2013. Was told action will be taken and a refund be organised.
Today (1 Feb 2013), they have debited my account again and I am still NOT getting the newspaper delivered at my place. I called Avusa and as usual was told that we will make a follow up but the instruction is on the system; the reference for the call was Kholisa. This kind of daylight has to stop coz I am buying the newspaper now at the garage yet my account has been debited 2 times already after i cancelled the subscription...
