I'm a subscriber to sunday times since December 2012 and i have only received the paper once and they debit my account every month with a subscribtion fee. I have phoned them twice this month complaining abount non delivery and each time i phone they send an sms saying that the distribution manager in my area has been notified but still i never got the paper. The reason i started phoning them now is because i have been busy at work, i was even working on Sundays.
I thought by subscribing to sunday times i would be saving money and time instead it's the opposite, why do i have to phone sunday times every sunday for the delivery of the paper.
I cancelled my subscription a few years ago because of the same problem i had thought they've changed.
