On the 16/08/2013 I got a call from NRB RiskSolution (pty) ltd, saying they calling me on befor on Jacklin Enterprise because I didnt full paid them the outstand balance that I dont know. Last year in October I called the asking to cancel my credit card details as am not intersted any more with the books. i was never told with the with the outstanding balance and the was never a time I recv the call/sms/letter status that I've got the understanding balance. after 10 months I get a call from that I will be blacklisted.
Was the any form of communication done during this ten months notifing me with the outstanding balance, the last books i reved from you was the 2013 calendar.
