Poor service & lack of communication

I have been a subscriber of Disney books which Jacklin Enterprises distributes for over a year & in June I changed my postal address to a PO Box address. Since then I have had numerous issues with receiving my monthly books. Like clock work the debits go off every month for R149.93 but I receive no slips to collect my books. From Sept after not receiving any books since July, I called numerous times, until the manager Varshal started assisting me in Oct & having changing my address again as this seemed to be the problem, I received only 4 books in Nov. To date I have paid for 10 books but I have only received 4 books. I have called every week since beginning off November & I have gotten no where with any calls being returned. I eventually called last week & asked to cancel the subscription as I am tired off calling to follow up with these books & I never get called back with any feedback or updates. The lady called Grace told me she would email me confirmation off cancellation & I requested the outstanding books be couriered to me & to date over a week later, no email received.
