I received a call from one of the sales Reps at Jacklin enterprise informing me about the Disney books they sell. She said the first batch/delivery of the books will come with a gift and will be for free. if i'm interested in buying more books i will place an order then get billed for it.
A month later, i received 3 Disney books. 3 weeks later i received an invoice of R149.00 and was surprised about this as the sales rep had indicated that the books will be for free. Now i get a call from a lady saying Ive been handed over for non-payment of R200 and something to them.
This is totally wrong and dishonesty for Jacklin's side.
