I requested telephonically for an outstanding balance and was told by the call centre operator I should contact the original account holder and they have to supply me with the outstanding balance. I did get in contact with them and was told once the account is handed over they cannot give me the outstanding balance and I will have to contact MBD direct. On 30 May I send an e-mail requesting the outstanding balance as well as changing my contacting details. As yet I have not received ANY correspondence form them. THEY EXPECT YOU TO KEEP ON PAYING BUT THEY ARE INCAPABLE OF COMMUNICATING. I am desperately trying to clear my credit record and MBD is holding me back.
