On Sunday, 18 August 2013 I won tickets on the evening show. Jacques was the presenter of the show. He said that someone from Jacaranda's marketing dept would contact me arrange for my tickets to be delivered. on 25 August 2013, I sent a sms to the Sunday evening again stating that no one has contacted me, Jacques read my sms on air, and said it could take up 10 days for someone to contact me, but that I will receive my prize tickets. On 26 August 2013, I received a call from a man enquiring about my address in order for him to deliver my tickets. All the relevant information was exchanged. Needless to day, today is 04 Spetember 2013, I still have received no tickets. I have logged an enquiry on Jacaranda's official website as well, I have tried to contact Jacaranda on the possible numbers I could find, I either end up finding no answer, or the numbers no longer exist. As loyal Jacaranda listener I am extremely disappointed. This kind of behaviour and service is unacceptable. Trudie Jonke
