I have been receiving some books form Jacklin Enterprises. They stopped sending me book, stopped sending me bills, I paid the last bill I have received from them and all of the sudden people from debt collecting is calling me. It is illegal to hand you over to debt collecting without even calling to say there is an outstanding amout, no notice, NOTHING! Just a call from debt collecting telling me to pay the outstanding amount or I go onto ITC!
