I have been a Sunday Times & Times Live Print subscriber for over 2 years now. My subscription ended and no one bothered to ever notify me so I could make arrangements to renew. I called in was given banking details to make a payment and told a consultant will call me in a day or two to confirm renewal and receipt of my papers. I made a payment now almost two weeks ago. No one has bothered to lift their hand and call me to confirm and acknowledge receipt of the money i paid them, no one has called me to confirm the subscription renewal. Its just quiet! I have sent numerous emails following up, no one responds. When I call into the call centre i was told "only one lady allocated payments" and she only works till 12, I think this is extremely poor service and we expect more from you guys in terms of service than this mediocre "dont care attitude towards clients. I have paid for a service and I need feddback. At least have the courtesy to tell me you have received the money i have paid you than just keeping quiet!!! I am extremely disappointed iun your service
