I am a subscriber to the Sunday Times for approximately 20 years. i received a call today to say that my subscription has expired and would i like to renew. I agreed to renew but was informed that I would not receive next weeks paper as it is too late. In this day and age I am dumbfounded to say the least. I cannot believe that after 20 years and thousands of rands this is the service I receive. In this case I would expect Sunday times to pull out the stops and make sure that I get my papers especially as I am collecting the 21 icons. Come on Sunday times be the supplier that believes in customer service. It's no use having consumer forums in your paper if you cannot put your money where your mouth is!
