A lady just called me claiming to be from Sunday Times asking me to renew my subscription. First she ask if I ever subscribed before to the paper which I said no and she accused me of lying to her. I had to stop and ask her why is was calling. After I refused to renew the so called my subscription she continued about me lying and was very rude. Even if I wanted to subscribe I would have said no to her because of the way she talked to me. Please train her on phone courtesy especially when calling someone and remove my details on your database.
