I paid for a new subscription (1 year of Sunday Times plus The Times) via the Sunday Times website on 12 December 2012. To date no newspapers have been delivered. I have emailed via the link for subscription/delivery complaints on their website twice, but have had no response. I have contacted them telephonically three times (yesterday, and 3 days ago, i held on for over 30 minutes, without getting through to anyone). Of the three times i did eventually get through, i was told on two occasions that someone would call me back, and today was told that the system is down and there is nothing they can do about it.
It has now been five weeks since i paid for the subscription. How does one ever get a response from the Sunday Times? Very disappointed in the apathetic treatment i have received, and in the extremely poor service.
