I have not been receiving my newspapers for the past weeks. I don't know how many times I called the subscription line. All the time I call they tell me that they are sorry and the newspaper will be delivered the next day. They told us that they will not bill us for the non delivery but they did. What am I paying for? We tried cancelling the contract and was told by the call centre that someone from Cancellation will call us. Two weeks later we are still waiting. Yesterday we received this message: Dear Subscriber. This serves to confirm that your special delivery instruction has been processed. Regards Sunday Times. I don't remember making any special delivery except that my newspaper gets delivered or the subscription gets cancelled. Nonetheless the newspapers were not delivered. So frustrated with the times, they are worse than the government departments. Service Delivery that I pay for, is non existent.
