I have been a subscriber for over 2 years and all of a sudden my paper stopped arriving. When i called the call centre, i was told that my subscription had expired - not sure why no - one called me about this. I immediately said to renew with immediate effect and was told that i would receive delivery this past sunday. Well still no sunday times. When I called in, the person said that i would only start receiving my papers at the end of February but could not offer an explanation for this.. Puzzling..
