1. I renewed and paid for my Sunday Times/Times on the 18th June and sent proof of payment
2. Despite this I was called (on a Sunday no less) and emailed to say that I hadn't paid and would be cut off. I resent proof of payment on numerous occassions and was assured that it had been received.
3. On Sunday, I didn't receive my Sunday Times, yesterday I didn't receive my Business Day or Times even though I was promised it would be sorted out.
4. Today, I was told that "sorting it out" meant that I would be back on the system by Monday - A WEEK LATER EVEN THOUGH I RENEWED AND PAID OVER A MONTH AGO!!!
What is the the benefit of a subscription?! What incompetence!!!
