Where does my airtime goes to?

I am very pissed; this issue with Vodacom always taking our airtime is bull shit. I don't even want to talk about all the subscriptions they keep adding without our knowledge. Just today, I can't buy data because they took my airtime. Even when I take an advance, they keep taking it. I checked for subscriptions, but it keeps saying I'm not subscribed. Perhaps changing to a different network will help because this constant fear of buying airtime has to stop. Whenever we call customer service, I never get through. I'm very pissed.
