I have an account with VODACOM and only have two numbers linked to my account. On February debit order i saw a high amount debited from my account to VODACOM, i phoned the customer service number and ask about. I was told that there is an additional number opened under my account. I told the consultant that i only have two numbers with VODACOM and any other number opened i don't know about it. On the 17th of February I went to vodacom head office and spoke to the customer service consultant by the name of Senzo. He told me to do an affidavit and certify copy of my ID. I did all as requested and gave him the documents the same day. I phoned customer service on the 3rd of march and I was told they still waiting for my documents. I was very shocked because I gave the documents to Senzo and I was told they never received them and no one phoned me since the 17th of February to ask for the documents. On the 4th of march I went to Vodacom head office again, Senzo was off duty and I was told he will contact me when he comes back to work the following day. I never received a phone call from Senzo or Vodacom until today. This is a bad service from Vodacom, should be a high priority.
