I PHONED VODACOM HEAD OFFICE FOR A STATEMENT OR PROOF OF A LAPTOP WHICH I TOOK OUT ON CONTRACT 2 - 3 YEARS AGO (LAPTOP WAS AND NEED THIS FOR INSURANCE),

VODACOM ADVISED ME I MUST GO TO THE STORE WHERE I TOOK OUT THE LAPTOP, I WENT TO THE STORE IN EAST RAND MALL AND THE LADY THERE SAID SHE CANT FIND IT ON HER SYSTEM, SHE THEN PHONED HEAD OFFICE AND ASKED THEM TO SEND THE DOCUMENTS AS HEAD OFFICE COULD SEE THAT ON THEIR SYSTEM,

IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN 24 - 48 HOURS TO GET THE DOCUMENTS,

IT HAS NOW BEEN 21 DAYS AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED, I ALSO LOGGED A QUERY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICES 7 DAYS AGO (0821946) AND GUES WHAT, NOTHING HAS HAPPENED,

VODACOM HAS NOT PHONED ME ONCE OR UPDATED ME ONCE, I MUST PHONE THEM EVERY SECOND DAY AND ASK THEM WHAT IS HAPPENING, AND THEY SAY, SORRY NOTHING RECEIVED YET, WE WILL PHONE YOU WHEN WE RECEIVE THIS,

THE MANAGER AT THE STORE CANNOT SPEAK TO HEAD OFFICE TO ARRANGE A LETTER OR ANY PROOF THAT I TOOK OUT THE LAPTOP, I GUESS THERE IS NO HEAD OFFICE,

I REALLY THINK VODACOM HAS A BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
