I am running a small installation business, and I ordered a part i needed to complete a installation. The supplier posted it to me indicating i should have it in a week. It has now been stuck at Tswane Central Hub since the 14th of April, and nobody at the post office is able to willing to assist me in getting the parcel. Even their website, and telephone number is not working.
The Customer is wanting to cancel the work order due to me not being able to deliver, but the situation is out of my hands. These guys are messing with people's livelyhood because of their poor performance.
